VCS pay ratios

One Society and London Voluntary Service Council survey and best practice guide as part of a pilot project about pay ratios and income inequality in the voluntary and community sector (VCS).


LVSC is working with One Society to look at comparisons of pay ratios between the private and voluntary and community sectors. We hope to have the results of our recent survey on this issue available shortly.
