Voluntary sector employers and advisors in London can get expert support and advice on all employment related issues from LVSC's Personnel, Employment Advice and Conciliation Service (PEACe).
Are you a front-line organisation directly supporting local communities in London?
Our service includes:
- free telephone and email advice on HR and employment law issues for employers, management committee members and managers
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
9.30am to 5pm

- information resources and model policies and procedures
- specialist support and advice for BAMER groups
- in-house training
- a job evaluation scheme adapted from the NJC scheme specially for the voluntary sector
- subsidised consultancy work
- a retainer service providing on-going support and access to PEACe at a reduced rate
- a subsidised Mediation Service
Are you an advisor or development worker supporting front-line organisations in London?
Is your organisation a second-tier, umbrella or membership organisation?

- free one-to-one surgeries for your local groups

- an annual conference on employment law and HR practice
Please note that our priority is to support voluntary and community organisations in London only.
We also do not provide advice to individuals, employees, consultants, nor to private or public sector employers.
