Networks

LVSC's policy work is informed by the views of our network members to ensure that policy reflects the needs of London's voluntary and community sector and the people they work for.

LVSC currently hosts three networks

LVSC Policy Forum

Open to all London voluntary and community sector organisations with an interest in general policy issues affecting London

Members of the Policy Forum can expect to receive a monthly e-bulletin, invitations to policy events and roundtables, and engagement in research related to the voluntary and community sector in London. Members of LVSC's policy team will also be available to members to provide one-to-one telephone or e-mail support or to give presentations at members meetings.

Voluntary Sector Forum

An independent network of voluntary and community sector organisations funded by London Councils

Members of the Voluntary Sector Forum are supported to inform London Councils work with the voluntary and community sector in the capital. Members receive regular e-bulletins, one-to-one e-mail and telephone support and invitations to an annual conference where they meet with London councillors and London Councils officers.

London Employment and Skills Policy Network

Open to all voluntary and community sector organisations with an interest in London employment and skills policy issues.

Members of the LESPN receive monthly e-bulletins, invitations to events and training that allow them to meet policy makers and other employment and skills providers (including those from the private sector)

Health

We also provide a monthly health e-bulletin to find out about the Department of Health's recent updates on health and social care policy in London.
