Our directory holds details of 160 'second tier' organisations in London .

'Second tier' organisations provide support to other voluntary and community sector organisations, though they may also do other work. They may also be called insfrastructure organisations or support organisations.

You can search by the second tier organisations name, or by;

• the category of VCS organisations supported - e.g. children's organisations or faith groups;
• the boroughs that the 2nd tier organisation serves - e.g. Redbridge or Islington;
• the borough that the 2nd tier organisation is based in - e.g.Lambeth or Haringey;
• the type of organisation they are- e.g. a Volunteer Centre or a CVS.

For example, if you want to find a second tier organisation that supports older people's groups in Redbridge, choose 'Older People's Groups' from Category and 'Redbridge' under Area Served. The results page will provide a list of all groups that can support older people's groups in Redbridge, hopefully with the most specific results first.
