Voluntary and community sector employers, development workers and advisors in London can get expert support and advice on all employment related issues from LVSC's Personnel, Employment Advice and Conciliation Service (PEACe).
What PEACe offers:
- Policies, procedures and guides - lots of downloadable documents to help your organisation
- HR services for London's voluntary sector - HR consultancy support, in-house training and legal advice
- A job evaluation scheme adapted from the NJC scheme specially for the voluntary sector
- A subsidised Mediation Service
- The annual employment conference for trustees, managers, development workers and advisors of London-based organisations
